Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order dispatches.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

•       Standard: 12–14 business days

•       Expedited: 08–10 business days

We ship to all 50 states.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries with estimated delivery of 7–21 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the recipient's responsibility. International shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check surrounding areas and contact the carrier first. If unresolved within 3 business days, email support@elevannafashion.com.

Incorrect Address

Email us immediately at support@elevannafashion.com if you notice an address error. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once the order is with the carrier.
