Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

•       Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel

•       Final Sale items and gift cards

•       Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

Email support@elevannafashion.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2–3 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
