Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, purchased directly from elevannafashion.com. Items on the non-returnable list are excluded.

How to Exchange

Email support@elevannafashion.com with your order number and desired replacement. We'll confirm availability and issue an RMA within 2–3 business days. Once the returned item is received, your replacement ships within 3–5 business days.

Price Differences

If the replacement costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.

Out of Stock

If your desired item is unavailable, we'll offer store credit (valid 12 months) or a full refund.
